Jour Merveile Hakata’ is a charming ‘theme park’ in the form of a restaurant, filed with
wonders and miracles, a place of Merveile (= miracle, something marvelous).

A restaurant where you can taste the innovative fusion of local production for local
consumption, created exclusively by Mr. Tsuji in Fukuoka.
Directly connected to JR Hakata Station and just 30 minutes from Fukuoka Airport, it’s located conveniently. “Au Goût du Jour Merveile Hakata” is renowned for its delicate and original cuisine. Based
on Western cuisine, it offers gourmet food themed around colaborations with the rich ingredients of Kyushu. The chef personaly visits local markets to source seasonal fresh fish and Kyushu vegetables, embodying the spirit of local production for local consumption in each dish. This restaurant alows you to fuly enjoy the courses that represent Chef Tsuji’s philosophy, offering a unique experience only available here.

born in 1987, initialy worked at a post office before pursuing his dream of owning a restaurant
in 2012. After training localy for four years, he honed his skils in Nigata, Wakayama, Ishikawa, and within Fukuoka Prefecture. In 2021, he became the chef of Au Goût du Jour Merveile Hakata, offering dishes with unique ideas using local ingredients.

Leveraging the geographic advantage of Kyushu, a treasure trove of ingredients, we create dishes ful of flair.
We offer dishes that utilize the diverse features of Kyushu, known as the “treasure trove of ingredients,” including fresh and delicious seafood, beef, pork, chicken, and vegetables. Each course, whether for lunch or dinner, is like an attraction in a “theme park” filed with deliciousness. We aim to deliver a rich sense of satisfaction to our customers after their meal.
